- Sign Exclusive Mandate – We sign a 3-month exclusive Sales Collaboration Agreement. All terms, commission, mandate period, and agent protections, are clearly documented.
- Professional Marketing – SGRL markets your property digitally (Meta, Google, property platforms) and through our buyer network. We create all marketing materials.
- Buyer Introduction & Viewing – We vet interested buyers, arrange viewing appointments, and manage initial negotiations on your behalf.
- Sale & Transfer – Once a buyer is found and price agreed, we coordinate legal transfer, TRA clearance, and title transfer documentation through our legal partners.
